All orders are processed within 1โ3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
Orders under $100 may incur a flat-rate shipping fee depending on the destination, shown at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can track your shipment at any time.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5โ10 business days back to your original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
