🔄 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 support@lxira.com with your order number and reason for return.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
